Most women don’t picture their dating life feeling this confusing or tiring. I didn’t either.

Before I ever became a dating coach, I was the woman who had her life together everywhere except in her relationships. My career was great, my friendships were great — but my dating life was an absolute disaster.
​
I kept choosing men who couldn’t meet me where I was, then lowering myself to accommodate them.
​
​Eventually, I took a step back and got honest with myself. I started paying attention to my patterns, my habits, my fears, and the way I kept abandoning parts of myself because I didn’t want to lose someone. That level of honesty was extremely uncomfortable, but it changed everything. Once I understood myself better, I made different choices. And from there, my entire dating life started to look very different.
I ended up meeting a man who truly met my standards, and I married him. But make no mistake, my turning point happened long before that. It happened when I started declining every invitation to participate in dating experiences with men I already knew weren’t for me… and I kept doing that until something better showed up.

That’s the heart of my work now.

I help women who know better — but are struggling to do better — navigate dating with more confidence and self-respect by helping them see the blind spots they haven’t been able to catch on their own.
My approach is straightforward and honest. We talk about your patterns, the things you keep overlooking, where you overextend yourself, the places where your standards slide, and the reasons certain dynamics feel comfortable even when they’re not healthy.
